All orders are packaged and shipped within business days, that is, Monday to Friday, with an estimated period of 5 business days for orders to be processed and shipped. Please note that, unlike mass-produced items, all Sage + September products are hand made, individually-crafted and hand-packaged with care and, as such, may take a little longer to receive than mass-produced items. A Shipping Confirmation, along with a tracking number, will be provided via email once the item is shipped. In the event that an email is not received, please check your spam folder. Items labeled as "Pre-orders" may take 3-6 weeks to process.
*US Postal Service Priority Mail® products and First-Class® packages may temporarily require more time to be delivered due to limited transportation availability as a result of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
It is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the item purchased on all international orders. Additional charges for customs, duty and taxes are levied once the package has arrived to your country and is the responsibility of the purchaser. We recommend checking in on your country's legal requirements, as we have no prediction or control over this amount.
